ENTRANCE FEES

1. Ticket books (admission to all workshops, seminars, concerts and dance nights, August 2-7) NO DISCOUNT EUR 40 per person
2. Ticket books purchased by July 10, 2004 (as stamped on receipt) 17 % DISCOUNT EUR 32 per person
3. Ticket books purchased by June 10, 2004 (as stamped on receipt) 33 % DISCOUNT EUR 26 per person
4. One-day admission ticket (admission to all workshops, seminars, concerts and dance nights)EUR 7 per person
5. Concession (children under 16) 50% discount
6. Children under 12 admission free

BOARD

The cost of full board (3 meals a day) is EUR 6/day or EUR 30/6 days. Meal vouchers can be purchased on arrival. Please indicate how many meals you would like to have (and the meal type: regular/vegetarian) on your application form. Meals cannot be purchased singly between August 2 and 7. Snacks and hot/cold beverages will be available for purchase at the Camp

Participation Terms and Conditions

- the signed and completed form, together with payment receipt, should be sent to: Stowarzyszenie Dom Tańca, ul. Majewskiego 14/9, 02-104 Warszawa, Poland
- discounted payments can be made according to the date stamped on payment receipt;
- Please make your payment to the following bank account: Stowarzyszenie "Dom tańca", Bank Śląski S.A., O/W-wa, nr 24-1050-1038-1000-0005-0127-9525, quoting "Tabor"
- PARTICIPANTS WISHING TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CAMP ARE SUBJECT TO A FEE OF 20% OF THE INITIAL PAYMENT
- children up to 12 - free admission;
- children up to 16 - 50% discount;
- participants under 18 can take part it the Summer Camp only if accompanied by adults;
- apart from The Little Dance House (3 hours every day after lunch), there will be no additional activities for children organised at the Camp. It may be possible, however, to hire local people to take care of children;
- it is participants responsibility to organise their own personal injury insurance (NNW);
- the organisers have the sole right of using audio and video equipment to record the workshops and concerts at the "Dance House" Summer Camp;
- trading on the Camp premises without the organisers consent is strictly forbidden;
- it is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol onto the Camp premises;
- participants will only be admitted to activities and events upon showing the appropriate ticket;
- the organisers take no responsibility for the loss of valuables left unattended;
- beginners will not be allowed to take part in advanced workshops, but are free to spectate;
- participants are urged to sign up for crafts workshops in order to guarantee them a place;
- the camp offers facilities for secure storage of musical instruments;
- mobile phone charging points will be available on the premises;
- the camp offers unguarded parking spaces within the steelworks area and at the camp site;
- the organisers can only reserve accomodation at the camp site;
- in order to participate in music-playing workshops participants must bring their own instruments!
- it is essential to attend workshops systematically, as the level of difficulty will continuously rise!
- it might be a good idea to bring a dictaphone to the singing workshops!
- the program of the summer camp may be subject to changes!
- books and CDs will be on sale at the Camp.
